     In order to attain those bulging biceps your going to need to put some time in the gym. I recommend working your biceps twice a week at most.  This is because the biceps are a small muscle group and over working them will actually make them smaller in the long run.  Some good workouts to use in order to get huge biceps are: deadlifts, concentrated curls, and hammer curls. Do all these workouts with high reps in order to get huge biceps.  Deadlifts are crucial for getting huge biceps, they shape your whole body in the process as well.  Concentration curls work on the outer head of your biceps which makes them look big.  Hammer curls will also give you huge biceps because they make your biceps look wider.  Do these exercises once a week and you will get those huge biceps.
